I don't fear challenges.
Through studying abroad in China, I learned that rather than fearing challenges in a completely different environment with different language, culture, and education system, I could grow within those challenges. Based on this experience, as a developer, I approach new technology stacks or project environments with curiosity and passion rather than fear, actively taking on challenges and maintaining this attitude.
I value documentation.
Well-documented code enables smooth knowledge sharing among team members and reduces onboarding time for new members. When team members change, they can quickly understand the context, and future feature additions or bug fixes can be handled efficiently through documentation.
I think about users.
My goal is to provide seamless services to end users by building stable and scalable backend systems. I prioritize server performance and stability, and continuously improve user experience through ongoing monitoring and optimization.
